Tillamook County 24-Hour Release Status
Tillamook County does not publish a separate official 24-hour release list. The Sheriff’s Inmate List is a current-custody roster. It shows a live count and rows for people who are displayed as inmates. It is useful as a first check, but it is not a log of everyone who left the jail today. The roster also offers no control for a rolling 24-hour period and no archive of departed entries.
The difference matters. A name may leave the page after bail, a court-authorized release, a completed county sentence, or dismissal. The person might instead have gone to Oregon Department of Corrections custody, another county, the U.S. Marshals Service, or immigration custody. Death can also end a jail entry without a community release. None of those outcomes can be selected from a Tillamook County 24-hour feed because that feed does not exist.
Check Tillamook County Releases Today
A same-day check works best as a short chain of official sources. Start with the current list and save the date and time of the check. Then look for a status notice or court event. Finish with the jail’s release or movement record when the exact outcome is important. This chain prevents a transfer from being reported as a release.
- Search the Tillamook County Inmate List by name. Read the bail, book date, charge, and Release Date columns.

- Review the Tillamook Circuit Court case for a release order, judgment, dismissal, or amended order. A court order states the legal action, not the exact time the jail carried it out.

The release-date-sorted roster rearranges the same current data. It does not convert the list into a historical same-day feed. Tillamook County states no web update interval and no post-departure retention period.

Tillamook County Release Record Request
The jail record is the strongest county source when no 24-hour list exists. Identify the person, give the approximate booking and release dates, and describe the narrow set of records sought. Tillamook County Same-Day Bail Release
Tillamook accepts bail around the clock at the Justice Center front lobby. After hours, a call box is beside the flagpole at the front-lobby door. The county advises callers to use 503-842-3422 first to confirm the exact security amount. Oregon has no commercial bail bondsmen, and Tillamook says 10 percent of total security is accepted in most cases. Some cases require the full amount, while a “No Bail” status means custody continues.
Payment is not the same as a completed same-day release. Staff still process the case and check for other holds. An out-of-county hold accepts cash, cashier’s check, or money order only, and clearing one matter does not clear other warrants or holds. Tillamook County Release Data Gaps
Tillamook’s current-only design creates a distinct data gap. The county does not state how often the page refreshes, how long a departed row remains visible, or whether every move posts at the same speed. Old search-engine copies and unexplained numbered roster paths are not official archives. They should not be labeled as 24-hour release sources.
A missing entry must be checked against three types of evidence. VISOR may show current custody or supervision and may send an event notice. The Circuit Court case may show the order or judgment that authorized a change. The jail’s movement record can document what the jail actually did. Each answers a different question.

Tillamook County Release or Custody
A person still shown on the live Tillamook County roster remains presented as in custody, even if a future date appears. A person absent from it may have left county custody, but the destination remains unknown. Community release, state transfer, another county hold, and federal handoff are separate outcomes.
